I [Mel] was born and raised in Greeley, but attended Bible college in Missouri, where I met Marcia. After we married and I graduated, we returned to Greeley, making GFA our church home for eight years. In 1980 we moved to eastern Colorado where we raised our family, furthered our careers in agriculture and education, and stayed active in church ministries. We returned to Greeley in 2004, working in our chosen careers until retirement. We’re mostly homebodies, but we sure enjoy mountain get-aways and visiting our three children and six grandchildren around the country.

I was born and raised in Tulsa, Okla. I met my husband Jacob while studying at The University of Oklahoma and we have been married for 10  years. We have a lively
4 y/o who loves to read books and play with baby dolls. My family and I have been a part of ministry for over 11 years and I am  so excited to serve as an Office & Communications Manager. I enjoy quality coffee, playtime with my daughter,
and I love to play strategy board games in my free time.

We are so thankful to have Alyssa Meneses serving on our team and leading our congregation in worship every Sunday. 

I have been with Sonshine preschool for 13 years and I just adore working with young children. I have attended GFA since 1991 along with my husband Mark. I serve our church body through the worship team.
