In order to get an event on the church calendar, this request form must be completed. The following steps should be followed to ensure proper coordination and maximum success of the proposed event. 

Society at-large tends to take the ability to move about for granted; however, our church understands that not everyone can do so. Whether you're limited by a disability, lack of resources, or loss of license, we want to make sure you still have a way to get to church. 

At Greeley First, we believe the Church is a family—caring for one another in both spiritual and practical ways. That’s why we’re launching the Faithful Fixers Team, a team of skilled volunteers ready to assist those in our church community with essential home and car maintenance. 

In order to better meet your needs, please complete this form before we meet, so we can work together in planning the service for your loved one.  This includes if you only want to host a reception at the church.

Volunteers are a vital part of our church community. Please only fill out the volunteer application if you have already completed (or are about to complete) our Starting Point Class.

This class is for those looking to get more involved, learn about our church, or become a member. Sessions are held on Sunday mornings, from 9:00-9:50 for 5 weeks.

We’d love to have you join us for our Sunday worship service! This form is for first-time guests or newcomers to our church.  Before service starts, we can help you get your bearings, show you where to grab a cup of coffee, and answer any questions.

When filling out the volunteer application, you will be asked to fill out a background check request. Any person volunteering in our church is required to have a background check on file. 

This form grants or denies permission for Greeley First Assembly Of God to take photos/video of your child(ren) during church events and to use these images in church publications, website and social media.
