Stand-up comedy at a church?
If you picture somber faces & slumped shoulders when you hear ‘church,’ allow us to challenge that perception! Sure, Jesus-followers face tough times, like everyone else; but we also believe God created us to rejoice in him & enjoy the good gifts he’s given us (like laughter)!
So who’s the comedian?
We‘re so excited to have Dennis Gaxiola headlining the event! He’s one of the funniest clean comedians in the country, with credits including Stand up Revolution with Gabriel Iglesias, Show Time at the Apollo, BET's Comic View, Que Locos and more.
What about dinner?
Food trucks will be parked in front of our main entrance, so that you can purchase dinner, drinks, and desserts! Prices vary from truck to truck, and we make sure to provide a good variety of menu options for you.
Is comedy the only activity?
While stand-up comedy is the main event, we also arrange other entertainment for the evening. Yard games, music, & other activities take place outside from 5:00-6:45, followed by stand-up inside at 7:00!
